Jared and Nora got tickets to go to the Discovery Center from the library and had been looking forward to it ALL SUMMER LONG. The week after Jared's birthday we went as a family and made a day out of it. It was so great to be able to go all together. It is crazy how much hasn't changed since I went as a kid...but yet it is still a fun place to go.
We were so impressed that both kids pulled themselves all the way to the top.

After we went to the park for lunch. It is a great little park (maybe a little to small for Jared) but it is fenced in to keep the birds out (since they don't think to fly over the fence and creepers out too)
The kids fed half their lunch to the geese on the outside of the fence and loved every minute of it. It was such a wonderful day...I love spending time as a family.
